Dealers/Customers with multiple knives should submit individual tickets for each knife.


When sending multiple knives, place them all in one box and clearly write EACH ticket number on the outside of the shipping box.


Key Points for Sending Your Knife:


- Avoid using envelopes as they can tear easily, increasing the risk of loss. Package your knife securely in a well-padded box.


- Use UPS or FedEx for shipping to ensure tracking of your package.


- Clearly mark the ticket number on the box for easy identification upon arrival.


- Include the email with your assigned RA/Ticket number received from FRESH DESK.


- Send your knife to M.K. RA Dept. at 221 Old Hendersonville RD. Fletcher, NC 28732.


- Review our HAZMAT Policy if sending knives with blood.


- Disassembling your knife voids your LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.


- Our current service time for production knives is 4-8 weeks (case by case). Please refer to the lead time provided for the clearest estimate of when your knife will ship. If the lead time has passed, reach out for updates.


- For non-warranty repairs, payment may be required before services are completed.


- Be aware of your state's laws regarding knife carrying.


- Ensure someone is available to sign for delivery to avoid reshipping fees.


- To lift the signature requirement, please send a signed letter stating you take full responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.


- Once your knife ships, UPS will email you tracking information.


Note: Counterfeit knives returned will have MICROTECH markings removed, and a $35 fee will be required for return shipping.
