PACKAGING AND SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Packaging
Securely package your knife in a padded box (no envelopes).
Cover all exposed blades to prevent injury or damage during transit.
Shipping
Use UPS or FedEx for reliable tracking and delivery.
Clearly mark your ticket number on the outside of the box.
Include a printed copy of this form inside the package.

Multiple Knives
Submit a separate ticket for each knife.
Multiple knives may be shipped together, provided each includes its own service form and ticket number.
TURNAROUND TIME
The estimated turnaround time is 6–8 weeks. This may vary depending on model type and parts availability. Newer knives with valid proof of purchase may qualify for expedited service. Older models and Marfione Customs may experience delays.
WARRANTY AND PAYMENT
You will be contacted to arrange payment if service is not covered under warranty.
Return shipping is covered by Microtech Knives for valid warranty claims.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
No P.O. Boxes are accepted.
A signature is required upon delivery.
A $25 fee will apply if the package is returned due to delivery failure.
If you wish to waive the signature requirement, include a signed statement authorizing shipment without signature confirmation.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive two separate email notifications:
1. Confirmation that your knife is being prepared for shipment.
2. Tracking information directly from UPS once your knife has shipped.
COUNTERFEIT POLICY
Any knife determined to be counterfeit will be returned to the sender with identifying marks removed. A $35 handling fee will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
WARRANTY TERMS
Misuse, loss, theft, natural wear, third-party accessories, and disassembly are not covered under warranty. Consequential damages are also not covered.
Important Notice:
The use or installation of any aftermarket or third-party components, hardware, or accessories—whether internal or external—voids all warranty coverage. Microtech Knives is not liable for any damage caused by or resulting from the use of aftermarket parts or modifications.
Before a technician services any Microtech product that has been modified or contains aftermarket parts, the customer must provide a signed letter of acknowledgment stating that Microtech Knives is not responsible for any existing or potential damage related to such modifications.
MAINTENANCE REMINDER
All serviced knives are cleaned, oiled, and sharpened before return. Routine maintenance per your user manual is recommended. If the technician determines that only cleaning is required, you will be contacted regarding applicable service fees.
NOTE FOR KNIVES PRODUCED IN 2018 OR EARLIER
Due to limited parts availability, customers are encouraged to submit clear photos of their knife prior to shipment for assessment and parts verification.
