Service Personnel Program Order Timeline
Sign up for the program here. Upon receiving approval email, follow the instructions given by your sales representative to place order. Receive order confirmation email. You will be charged once the knife is ready to ship. Expect an email from UPS with Tracking Information.

What is the turnaround time for a knife order?
Turn around for group orders is 4-8 weeks, from time of order to shipment. For single orders, turn around time can be 1-2 weeks depending on inventory availability.
