First, ensure that your knife is in fact brokent may just need cleaning/ troubleshooting.  


In most cases, issues with deployment are caused by dry internals or dirt and debris. We suggest you consult our Maintenance page for instructions on how to clean and care for your knife. If after cleaning and lubricating your knife still does not function properly, you may need to send it in for repair. 


After ensuring the knife does not simply need to be cleaned or cleared, take clear and well lit photos, then create a new support ticket in our support portal and upload those photos here: http://support.microtechknives.com/support/tickets/new

Please make sure to annotate if you took the time to clean and oil your knife within the newly created ticket. 


Once you submit the form, you will get an email with further instructions on options for addressing the issues your knife is experiencing.
